Privacy Policy

Data we collect

Sign-up: full name, state (or that you live outside Brazil), e-mail and password. Your password is managed by Google Firebase's authentication service and is never visible to us.

Purchase: order record, amount, date, payment status and access validity. Card and billing details are entered directly with Stripe, our payment processor, and are not stored by the platform.

Platform use: your progress on each talk, completion for the certificate, chosen language, and the active session record used to limit access to one device at a time.

How we use your data

To create and maintain your account, unlock access after payment, save your progress and issue your certificate of completion.

To send e-mails about your account and purchase, such as access confirmation, password recovery and e-mail confirmation.

To protect the content from unauthorized sharing, including the watermark with your e-mail shown during the videos.

To understand, in aggregate, where our audience comes from (by state) to plan future editions of the event.

Legal bases

We process data to perform the talk access agreement (art. 7, V), comply with legal and tax obligations (art. 7, II) and pursue legitimate interests such as platform security and event planning (art. 7, IX), always respecting your rights.

Who we share it with

Google (Firebase and Google Cloud): hosting of the site and videos, authentication, database and e-mail delivery.

Stripe: payment processing.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We may share it with authorities when required by law.

International transfer

The platform's servers are located in the United States. Transfers take place with providers that adopt adequate safeguards, as set out in art. 33 of the LGPD.

Cookies

We only use essential cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in and a cookie that stores your chosen language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account exists. Purchase records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting laws. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your data, as well as information about sharing, under art. 18 of the LGPD. Just write to hif@ah.team.

Security

Videos and data are kept in private environments, access uses secure connections (HTTPS) and video links expire within a few hours.
